Transformational Coaching 〰️ Inspirational Art 〰️ Creative Education 〰️

Are you bored, burned-out, or blah about your life or career?

Or are you a multi-passionate woman who wants to free her inner Leonora DaVinci?

Do your art scars from long ago keep you from reclaiming your creative spirit?

Perhaps you want to have written a book — but the actual writing of it, not so much.

Maybe you are cleverly disguised as a Normal Person, but ache for passion and deeper meaning in your life.

Or maybe it’s time to open up a can of whoop-ass on your existing creative practice.

Creative coaching is a potent, transformative modality for getting unstuck — and not just for “creatives.”

Yes, you belong here!

About Liz

Using a blend of a life coaching techniques and guided, process-oriented creative structures, Liz is on a mission to inspire others and help them align with their most essential selves. Though she didn’t realize it at the time, her first job as a creative coach was during her teenage years, when she designed and taught expressive curricula at a summer camp for at-risk boys (picture lots of robot war re-enactments and dancing monsters). Despite being unencumbered by talent, her first career was as a professional ballet dancer, which was, she came to discover, somewhat artistic but not exactly creative. She then designed her own spectacularly impractical degree program at University of Arizona, earning a BFA with concentrations in Creative Writing, Art, and Theatre.

Liz knows a thing or two about the joys and challenges of the creative life. She has started her own Women’s Comedy Improv group, sold poems-while-you-wait, sewn her own clothes, built giant street puppets, and taken up the flying trapeze, sustaining only minor injuries. She has written and published two books and is hard at work on on a third. Having earned her M. Ed. from Lesley University, she taught dance, acting, speech, Art Club, and English Language Arts in the Weston Public school district for many years, and if she can sell poetry to 7th graders, she can help you do wildly improbable things, too. She also co-facilitated Weston’s New Teacher Mentor Program, and became a creative and collaborative instructional coach for her fellow teachers.

Liz is now a certified Martha Beck Wayfinder Life Coach, an International Coaching Federation Certified Life Coach, and a member of the Creativity Coaching Association. She continues to write and make art while growing her creative coaching practice.
